Operations & Systems Manager Authentic Conversations LLC / She Remembers Collective™ Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Contractor About the Role We're looking for a sharp, reliable Operations & Systems Manager to support a fast-moving entrepreneur running two brands — She Remembers Collective™ (a women's personal development brand) and Authentic Conversations LLC (sales strategy and consulting). This is a hands-on role for someone who gets things done without hand-holding, shows up on time, and takes ownership like it's their business too. Schedule & Availability Required availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:00 AM CST for team meetings — non-negotiable Async work completed between meetings with agreed-upon deadlines U.S.-based or overlapping U.S. time zones strongly preferred What You'll Do Website & Sales Pages Build and maintain pages in Go High Level (GHL) Complete existing website buildout and launch sales/landing pages per brand guidelines Ensure pages are on-brand, functional, and optimized for conversion Email & CRM Management Write, format, and schedule email campaigns and sequences in GHL Maintain and organize the CRM — tagging, pipeline hygiene, follow-up sequences Prepare weekly emails for The Signal newsletter per established brand voice and templates Client Systems (As Needed) When new consulting clients are onboarded, step in to audit, build, or manage their systems (GHL or similar platforms) Document processes and create SOPs for client deliverables General Operations Coordinate with the VA team and other contractors Flag issues proactively — not after deadlines are missed Keep projects moving without needing to be chased You're the Right Fit If You… Have 2+ years of hands-on Go High Level experience (building funnels, automations, emails, CRM pipelines) Are a strong writer who can adapt to a brand voice quickly Are obsessively reliable — you're early, not late, and you communicate ahead of problems Can manage multiple brands/clients without dropping balls Work well in a fast-paced, creative, purpose-driven environment Are resourceful — you figure things out before asking This Is NOT the Role For You If… You miss meetings without advance notice You need constant direction to complete tasks You've never used Go High Level You treat deadlines as suggestions Compensation Competitive contractor rate based on experience.
