Part-Time Operations Manager / Systems VA

Greetings! **Who We Are** Nounce is a communications products company helping entrepreneurs and founders who go blank in high-stakes, unscripted moments install a new operating system for how they think and speak under pressure. Our flagship product, EliteSpeak, is an 8-week intensive coaching program with a growing client base across the US, UAE, Australia, and beyond. We need a part-time operations manager and systems VA who can own the technical and administrative backbone of the business — so the founder and coaches stay focused on clients and content. This is not a one-off project. We are looking for someone who can execute an immediate implementation sprint, then stay on as ongoing ops support if the fit is right. **What You'll Own** - Updating and maintaining EliteSpeak.org and related funnel pages based on copy and design briefs - Managing and updating HubSpot — contact properties, pipeline stages, automations, sequences - Building and maintaining show-up and follow-up sequences — email, SMS, reminders - Setting up and maintaining Zapier automations between our tools - Maintaining our business intelligence dashboard — tracking Stripe revenue, calls booked, show rates, link clicks, and key metrics - Executing scoped tasks quickly and cleanly with minimal back-and-forth - Flagging issues before they become problems — not after --- **What You Must Have** - Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: HubSpot, ClickFunnels, Zapier, Kartra, Stripe - Ability to handle ongoing updates — not just one build - Fast turnaround on clearly scoped tasks - Strong written communication and self-QA — you check your own work before marking it done - Availability for an initial paid pilot sprint within the next two weeks --- **What Will Get You Hired Fast** - You've supported a coaching, consulting, or info product business before - You understand funnels — not just the tech but the logic behind them - You can look at a broken automation and diagnose it without a tutorial - You send a Loom with your application showing us one system you've built or fixed --- **Compensation & Structure** We start with a paid pilot sprint — a defined scope of work, clear deliverables, fixed pay. If you execute well and communicate clearly, we move to a monthly retainer for ongoing ops support. We are not looking for the cheapest option. We are looking for the most reliable one.
