Part-Time Outbound Caller for Local Business Partnerships

About Us We're a locally owned junk removal company serving the Newark, NJ area. We help homeowners and businesses with junk removal, cleanouts, and light moving services, with a strong focus on reliability, professionalism, and responsive customer service. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people and can professionally introduce our company to local businesses that may refer customers needing junk removal services. If you enjoy building relationships over the phone and representing a growing local business, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: You'll receive a list of local businesses such as: -Realtors -Moving companies -Contractors -Remodeling companies -Roofing companies -Landscaping companies -Estate sale companies -Storage facilities -Senior move managers Your responsibilities will include: -Calling businesses to introduce our company. -Having friendly, professional conversations. -Asking if we may email our information. -Recording detailed notes after each conversation. -Updating our call tracking spreadsheet. -Recording common questions, objections, and feedback from businesses. -This is not a high-pressure sales position. We're introducing our company and building long-term business relationships. Hours: Initial paid trial: 3 hours/day Pay: -$12.00/hour -Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business growth. What We're Looking For: -Excellent English speaking. -Friendly and professional phone presence. -Comfortable making outbound calls. -Reliable internet connection. -Quiet work environment. -Organized and detail-oriented. -Able to write clear call notes. -Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience is helpful but not required if you're confident speaking with businesses.
