Part-Time Personal Assistant — Fast, Intense & Resourceful I’m looking for a part-time personal assistant who works fast, thinks fast, and does not need to be micromanaged. I’m very intense when I work, and I’m not a good fit for someone who moves slowly. If I ask for something, I usually need it handled quickly. I’m looking for someone who can keep up, figure things out, and come back to me with solutions. Every day will look different. One day, I may need help applying to jobs or opportunities. Another day, I may need you to research vendors, compare options, or find the right freelancer. Some days, I may need help setting up or organizing an Asana board, project management system, tracker, or workflow. Other days, I may need you to follow up with people, organize information, or help me stay accountable to what needs to get done. What I need -Someone fast and highly responsive -Very tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools -Strong research and problem-solving skills -Able to figure things out without waiting for step-by-step instructions -Comfortable with project management tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc. -Comfortable using AI tools to work faster -Organized and good at keeping track of moving pieces -Someone who comes to me with solutions, not just problems -Strong written English -Able to handle different types of tasks every day This is not a slow, repetitive assistant role. I need someone who can move with urgency, adapt quickly, and take ownership.
