**Title:** Part-Time Personal & Executive Assistant (Scheduling, Admin, Research) **Description:** I am a busy physician and business owner looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful part-time personal/executive assistant to help manage my schedule, streamline my life, and support both personal and business-related tasks. This role is not just task-based — I’m looking for someone who can think with me, bring structure, and act as a true partner in planning and execution. --- **Core Responsibilities:** **1. Scheduling & Life Organization** * Build and manage my weekly and monthly schedule * Help allocate time intentionally for: * Work * Exercise * Dating * Social life * Coordinate scheduling with team members (including my practice manager and staff) * Serve as point of contact to align my calendar across personal and professional commitments **2. Planning & Strategic Support** * Brainstorm with me to structure my weeks/months * Help create systems, routines, and frameworks for better time management * Hold me accountable to planned priorities **3. Administrative & Operations Support** * Email inbox organization and cleanup * Delegate tasks to third parties (e.g., TaskRabbit, vendors, services) * Pay bills or research optimal ways to handle expenses (parking tickets, fees, etc.) * Manage select account access (view-only permissions where appropriate) **4. Financial & Bookkeeping Support** * Track and calculate charitable giving (tithing) * Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks * Identify and reduce unnecessary expenses (internet, banking fees, insurance) **5. Research & Optimization** * Research and book: * Flights, Restaurants * Events, concerts, experiences * Optimize bookings using points (Amex, credit cards, loyalty programs) * Identify ways to leverage credit card rewards, perks, and partnerships --- **Ideal Candidate:** * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Strong communicator and proactive thinker * Comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders * Experienced with executive or personal assistant roles * Familiar with bookkeeping basics * Skilled in online research and problem-solving * Bonus: * Experience delegating tasks to task rabbit or other freelance labor * Book-keeping skills * Experience with credit card points/rewards optimization * Experience supporting high-performing professionals --- **Logistics:** * Part-time (flexible hours, likely 5–10 hours/week to start) * Remote * Ongoing role with potential to expand * Available in the morning aroubd 7-8 AM and afternoon around 5-6 PM for a quick phone call. --- **To Apply:** Please include: 1.
