**Remote Photo Editor (Lightroom & Photoshop) – Long-Term Opportunity** The Creative Studio By Jae Renee is an award-winning creative agency specializing in event photography, branding, podcasts, and commercial content. We are looking for a talented and reliable Photo Editor to join our team remotely. **Responsibilities:** * Culling and selecting the best images from shoots * Color correcting and matching our editing style * Basic retouching (skin, blemishes, distractions) * Cropping and straightening images * Exporting final images for web, social media, and client delivery * Organizing and naming files according to our workflow **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop * Experience editing event, portrait, and branding photography * Strong attention to detail and consistency * Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively * Reliable internet connection and computer * Portfolio showcasing previous editing work **Nice to Have:** * Experience with wedding and event photography * Advanced retouching skills * Familiarity with Dropbox, Frame.io, or cloud-based workflows **To Apply:** 1.
