Part-Time Product Sourcing Specialist (E-commerce + Print Production) — Remote, US

Thought process Thought process This is the description box — paste this in: We're A Wonderful Time, a retail gift shop in Montclair, NJ. We're hiring a part-time, remote product-sourcing specialist to source the products we sell — both wholesale goods and, most importantly, our custom proprietary products (stickers, signage, packaging, apparel, prints, and more). This isn't a generic VA role. You'll need a crossover of three skills: E-commerce procurement — navigating manufacturers (including overseas), negotiating MOQs, handling shipping and logistics, and spotting a sketchy vendor before money moves. Print-production knowledge — comfortable with pre-press (bleed, DPI, CMYK vs. RGB, dielines) so artwork doesn't bounce back from vendors broken or low-res. Judgment with money — balancing price, quality, and deadline, and eventually handling purchasing responsibly. What the role looks like: ~15 hrs/week, ongoing Up to $25/hr, depending on experience Fully remote; US-based candidates only You'll work directly with our founder, who leads art direction while running the store as a "product laboratory."
