**Part-Time Construction Project Assistant** **Location:** Remote **Schedule:** * Monday–Friday: 2 hours per day * Saturday–Sunday: 1 hour per day * Approximately 12 hours per week **Pay:** $5.00 per hour plug project completion bonus ### About the Role We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Part-Time Project Assistant to help manage projects, coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills, excellent follow-up habits, and can help keep multiple projects organized and moving forward. ### Responsibilities #### Project Tracking & Coordination * Create and maintain detailed project tracking spreadsheets in Excel for construction projects, design projects, small improvement projects, recurring operational tasks, and other business initiatives. Track project schedules, milestones, deadlines, responsible parties, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of all tasks. * Track project deadlines, milestones, and action items. * Follow up with contractors, vendors, team members, and other stakeholders. * Send reminders and monitor project progress. * Identify delays and escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain organized project records and documentation. #### Calendar & Appointment Management * Manage the owner's calendar and appointments. * Schedule meetings and coordinate availability with multiple parties. * Maintain Google Calendar and prevent scheduling conflicts. * Send meeting invitations, reminders, and follow-ups. #### Meeting Support * Attend virtual meetings when needed. * Take detailed meeting notes. * Document action items, responsibilities, and deadlines. * Prepare and distribute meeting summaries and follow-up lists. #### Administrative Support * Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation. * Organize files and records. * Assist with special projects and research tasks. * Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the owner. ### Minimum Qualifications * **At least 5 years of project management, project coordination, executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar experience.** * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). * Strong Excel skills, including creating and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets. * Proficient with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Workspace. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent follow-up and communication skills. * Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or multiple ongoing projects. * Experience in construction, real estate, hospitality, property management, or operations. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar software. ### Required Application Materials Please submit: 1.
