Experiential Branding / Environmental Graphics Studio We are a strategy-led experiential branding and environmental graphics studio focused on creating meaningful connections between people and places. Our work includes: -Development of brand strategy -Environmental graphics -Signage & wayfinding -Branded environments -Coordination with architects, developers, consultants, and fabricators We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Project Manager to help keep projects moving smoothly, on schedule, and on budget from strategy through implementation. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating teams, communicating with clients, and supporting creative/design processes in architecture, branding, interiors, environmental graphics, or related industries. LOCATION Remote. Candidates in Mexico, Central America, or South America are strongly encouraged to apply due to time zone overlap with California (Pacific Time). HOURS Part-time contract role. Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow in both hours and scope. WHAT YOU'LL DO Project Coordination -Help manage multiple client projects simultaneously -Maintain schedules, meeting notes, deadlines, and action items -Track deliverables across strategy, design, and implementation phases -Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and fabricators Client Communication -Attend project meetings -Follow up on outstanding items -Help maintain clear and professional communication with clients and partners -Prepare agendas and recap notes Internal Operations -Organize files, project documentation, and workflows -Help improve systems and processes -Support proposal and scope coordination -Assist with project tracking as needed -Design & Production Coordination -Coordinate and confirm design revisions and approvals -Help track signage and environmental graphics packages -Support production coordination with vendors/fabricators -Review documents for organization and completeness IDEAL BACKGROUND You do not need to meet every requirement, but strong candidates may have experience in: -Branding agencies -Experiential design -Environmental graphics -Architecture -Interior design -Construction administration (signage specific) -Creative project management -Real estate development coordination GREAT CANDIDATES ARE -Extremely organized and detail-oriented -Strong communicator in English -Calm under pressure -Able to manage multiple moving parts -Proactive and resourceful -Comfortable working independently -Interested in design, branding, architecture, or placemaking -Able to overlap at least partially with Pacific Time business hours TOOLS & SKILLS -Productive.io, ClickUp, or similar PM tools -Google Workspace -Adobe PDFs and document markups -Spreadsheets and tracking systems -Basic understanding of design/construction documentation Helpful experience includes: -Adobe Suite -AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc. TO APPLY Please send: -Resume or LinkedIn profile -Brief introduction -Relevant project or coordination experience -Your location and time zone -Hourly rate expectations
