Part-Time Property Manager Help Keep Properties Organized, Occupied, and Running Smoothly We are hiring a Part-Time Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing property management company. This role focuses on keeping property operations organized by supporting leasing activities, rent tracking, tenant lifecycle management, property records, financial organization, and operational follow-through. You will work closely with management and other team members to help ensure properties remain occupied, information stays accurate, and operational tasks continue moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Team Structure You will work alongside a dedicated support team: • Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Handles most inbound calls, emails, texts, and initial communication with tenants and prospects • Project Manager – Oversees maintenance coordination, repairs, and property turnovers • Property Manager Assistant (This Role) – Focuses on leasing support, rent tracking, renewals, operational organization, reporting, and system accuracy Responsibilities • Support rent tracking, payment monitoring, and delinquency follow-up • Assist with leasing activities, vacancies, tenant applications, and move-in/move-out coordination • Track lease renewals and tenant lifecycle activity • Maintain accurate property, tenant, and operational records • Assist with financial organization, reporting, and owner statement preparation • Monitor maintenance activity and ensure updates are properly documented • Track tenant issues, cases, and operational follow-up items • Assist with eviction tracking and documentation management • Maintain accurate information across company systems and databases • Support management with reporting, operational coordination, and administrative tasks What We’re Looking For • Strong organization and attention to detail • Excellent follow-through and task management • Ability to keep accurate records and documentation • Strong written and verbal communication • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines • Reliable, consistent, and highly organized Why Join Us? • Remote work opportunity • Part-time schedule • Long-term growth potential • Structured team environment • Clear expectations and support • Opportunity to play a key role in property operations This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, tracking important details, and helping ensure property operations run efficiently every day.
