Part-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Follow Up Boss

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help manage and clean up our CRM and stay on top of client follow-up. Hours: 5–10 hours per week Platform: Follow Up Boss Responsibilities Send emails and make calls to leads and clients Follow up with contacts and maintain consistent communication Set follow-up reminders and tasks in Follow Up Boss Find and add missing email addresses and contact information Clean up and organize CRM records Tag and categorize contacts appropriately Update contact information and ensure the CRM stays accurate Help keep leads and clients organized and properly followed up with Requirements Previous real estate experience required Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss required Strong spoken and written English Excellent communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls Able to work independently and follow established processes Reliable and consistent with follow-up tasks This is a part-time position (5–10 hours per week) with potential for additional hours as the role grows.
