Part-Time Real Estate VA

Join our Texas-based real estate brokerage as a part-time Virtual Assistant. You'll manage Follow Up Boss CRM, conduct MLS Research, and handle SMS/Email Marketing. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Work 2-8 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Ideal candidates will have years of experience in real estate or related fields. Texas land and ranch broker looking for a part-time real estate VA, 10–15 hours/week, to own three things: daily CRM hygiene in Follow Up Boss, monthly MLS data pulls and prospect-list research (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Land.com, county records — manual and tool-assisted extraction, no automated MLS scraping), and outbound email marketing through Follow Up Boss. Must have prior Follow Up Boss experience (non-negotiable), strong English, and at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time. Bonus for past work with Texas land brokerages, REDX experience, or hands-on with Octoparse / PhantomBuster / Apify. $. Starting with a 10-hour trial week.
