Part-Time Recruiter (Engaging & Upbeat – Clear/Neutral Accent)

Job Description: We’re looking for a part-time recruiter to help us interview and screen applicants. This role is ideal for someone who is engaging, upbeat, and personable, and who enjoys speaking with people and asking the right questions. You’ll be responsible for conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ communication skills and fit, and providing feedback to our team. Responsibilities: - Conduct initial interviews with applicants via phone or video - Make outbound calls to applicants and meet daily/weekly dial goals - Ask structured interview questions and keep conversations engaging - Set appointments for qualified candidates - Evaluate candidates’ communication skills, attitude, and overall fit - Provide clear and timely feedback after each interview - Maintain a professional yet friendly interview experience for candidates Performance Goals & Incentives: - Dial goals and appointment-setting goals will be in place Requirements: - Clear, neutral accent with strong spoken English - Confident, friendly, and upbeat communication style - Comfortable leading conversations and interviews - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace - Previous recruiting, HR, or interview experience is a plus (but not required) Schedule & Commitment: - 30 hours per week - Ongoing work for the right candidate Ideal Candidate: You’re someone who naturally connects with people, makes applicants feel comfortable, and can confidently guide an interview while staying professional.
