Part-Time U.S. IT Recruiter – Initial Paid Trial SBS is seeking an India-based, part-time recruiter experienced in U.S. IT staffing. The recruiter will: Review job descriptions and identify required skills Source local U.S.-based W-2 candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches Screen resumes, work authorization, location, availability, and rate Conduct brief initial candidate interviews Prepare concise candidate summaries and suggest truthful resume improvements Maintain a simple candidate tracker Applicants must have strong English communication and prior U.S. IT recruiting experience. Experience supporting state-government staffing is preferred. This begins as a five-hour paid trial for one active requirement and may become ongoing part-time work based on quality, responsiveness, and results.
