Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

Los Angeles-based music academy seeking a professional, organized, and personable Recruiting Coordinator to assist with candidate screening and interview coordination. The Recruiting Coordinator will review resumes and applications, conduct brief 10–15-minute Zoom screening interviews, schedule interviews, maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and communicate professionally with candidates by email, text, and phone. Applicants must be consistently available Monday through Friday from either 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time or 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The selected time block must remain the same each weekday. During this fixed daily schedule, the Recruiting Coordinator must be active, available, and working on Zoom. Members of the leadership team may occasionally join the meeting to answer questions, provide direction, assign priorities, or discuss candidates in real time. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, is highly organized and dependable, feels comfortable appearing on Zoom and conducting video interviews, and communicates in a professional and personable manner. Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, candidate screening, or administrative coordination is preferred.
