Part-Time Recruiting & Interview Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Recruiting & Interview Coordinator to assist with ongoing hiring for multiple businesses and projects. This is a long-term part-time position. We regularly hire for a variety of roles including: Warehouse Staff Sales Representatives Brand Ambassadors Retail Associates Administrative Staff Operations Personnel Management Positions The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with applicants all day, conducting initial interviews, and helping us identify qualified candidates. Responsibilities Review incoming applications Contact candidates by phone, text, and email Conduct initial screening interviews Schedule interviews with management Track applicants using spreadsheets or hiring software Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain organized records of all applicants Assist with job posting creation and management Requirements Excellent English communication skills Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or interviewing experience Professional phone presence Strong organizational skills Reliable internet connection Ability to conduct multiple interviews daily Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, Indeed, Upwork, or similar platforms Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20–30 hours per week Flexible schedule Must be available during U.S. business hours Compensation Please include: Your hourly rate Recruiting experience Number of interviews you typically conduct weekly Any industries you have recruited for A short voice recording introducing yourself
