Part-Time Recruitment & Screening Specialist (Remote)

Job Overview A.B.E Financial Services is seeking a reliable and professional Recruitment & Screening Specialist to support our growing financial services agency. In this role, you will conduct initial phone screenings with applicants, evaluate their qualifications based on our hiring criteria, and schedule qualified candidates directly onto the agency owner's calendar for a formal interview. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting, appointment setting, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales support who enjoys speaking with people and helping identify strong candidates. The individuals you will be screening are applying for Financial Consultant positions within our organization.
