Part-Time Sales Coach (Remote – US or Canada)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to help our Customer Service team improve upselling and cross-selling performance. This role will focus on coaching team members, developing sales skills, and driving the adoption of our services and new product offerings. Responsibilities: 1. Coach and mentor customer service representatives on upselling and sales techniques. 2. Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and performance reviews. 3. Help create sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and best practices. 4. Review customer interactions and provide actionable feedback. 5. Support the launch and promotion of new products to existing customers. 6. Track performance and recommend ways to improve sales results. Requirements: 1. Must be based in the United States or Canada. 2. Must be available to work during U.S. business hours. 3. Proven experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, or Sales Trainer. 4. Experience in the software, SaaS, technology, or IT services industry. 5. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. 6. Demonstrated success in improving team sales performance. 7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred: 1. Experience coaching Customer Service or Customer Success teams. 2.
