Part-Time Sales & Customer Support Representative (Remote) About Us We are a growing business specializing in automotive diagnostic tools and vehicle monitoring solutions. We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our small team.This is a remote, part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands. The training will be provided. Position Details Remote / Work from Home 5 hours per day, 5 days per week Must be available during Australian business hours Opportunity for increased hours and career growth Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Provide sales and after-sales customer support Assist with order management Perform general e-commerce administration and ad hoc support tasks Assist customers with product information and order-related enquiries Maintain accurate customer records and communications Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer service What We're Looking For Good spoken and written English skills Previous experience communicating with or supporting English-speaking customers Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team Good computer skills and confidence using online systems, email, and web-based applications Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Remote Work Requirements Applicants must have: A reliable computer or laptop suitable for daily business use A stable, high-speed internet connection A quiet and professional home office or workspace suitable for handling customer calls The ability to work consistently during Australian business hours Preferred (but not essential) Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or support roles Experience with technical products or automotive industry Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new products and systems Why Join Us?
