Part-Time Shopify Frontend Developer

Detail-Oriented, Self-Managing We're an established Shopify development agency looking for a reliable, part-time frontend developer to handle a variety of theme customization tasks across multiple client stores. What the work looks like This is consistent but ad-hoc — some weeks are busier than others. Tasks range from small tweaks to more involved feature builds, all within Shopify themes. You'll be working directly with our team lead and occasionally interfacing with client feedback. What we need from you -Strong command of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within --Shopify themes -Extreme attention to detail — when you mark something complete, it should be client-ready without a second look -Ability to self-manage your tasks, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver on time without hand-holding -Clear, proactive communication — flag issues early, confirm requirements before diving in Freelancers only — we are not looking to work with agencies or dev shops Good to have -Experience with Shopify 2.0 theme architecture and metafields -Shopify UI extensions and app development (React) -Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp How to apply -Please share relevant Shopify theme work in your proposal and let us know your hourly rate and typical weekly availability. Bonus: Include a short screenshare video (2–3 minutes max) of you working through a Shopify theme task — a bug fix, a section build, a customization, anything real.
