GROWN Studios is a cultural marketing studio, helping founder-led and growth-stage brands connect authentically with the communities that shape culture. We're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to execute content for a founder-led brand grounded in community, culture, and tech. This is a 10 hour/week role to start, with room to grow as scope expands. You'll be working closely with our content pillars and brand voice to build out a light monthly content calendar (1-2 Instagram posts a week), design and edit the assets behind them, and write and send one newsletter a month. Strong copywriting across social and newsletters is a must. What you'll be doing: Building a simple monthly content calendar (1-2 Instagram posts/week) based on our established pillars and voice Writing and sending one newsletter a month Designing and lightly editing the assets for each post in Canva and CapCut Scheduling and posting across Instagram Jumping into comments and DMs to keep the community engaged, in our voice A quick monthly check-in on what's working What we're looking for: Someone who understands culture and niche communities (Gen Z, tech enthusiasts, teens, gamers, etc) Strong writer, comfortable shifting tone between punchy social copy and a more narrative newsletter voice Someone who lives in trending formats and knows what makes content actually land Comfortable taking a brief and running with a calendar independently Good eye for design in Canva, and understands trending CapCut styles for light edits A clear, reliable communicator, we're working async so this matters a lot Bonus points if you've worked with a creator or founder-led brand before, or have newsletter experience (Substack, Kit/ConvertKit, etc.) To apply, please submit your proposal along with your portfolio and a link to a piece of content (and newsletter, if you have one) you're most proud of!
