Summary

We’re a bilingual tutoring company; K–12, multilingual families, school partners across the US, and we need a skilled freelancer to own the development and execution of our social content calendar. Strategy is handled internally. Your job is to take the plan and bring it to life, consistently and on brand, across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a true hybrid role. You design and you write, add both are equally important. **SCOPE OF WORK (WEEKLY)** - Design platform-native graphics, carousels, Stories, and LinkedIn visuals using our Canva account and brand guidelines; other tools welcome - Write captions and hashtags for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, 3 posts/week across platforms - Confirm every asset is the correct format and dimensions before scheduling - Schedule and publish content - Monitor comments and DMs; respond or flag for the team - Flag anything that needs review before going live, posts involving school partners, new CTAs, or links that aren’t active yet - Monthly: analyze performance data and deliver a report **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** - Strong graphic design skills for social, carousels, Stories, LinkedIn graphics. Canva experience required - Clean, clear English writing, warm and direct, no filler Proven social media management experience for a brand (education industry a plus) - Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus - Familiarity with social media content scheduling tools - Sharp attention to detail, dimensions, deadlines, deliverables - Availability for a brief weekly meetings and reliable asynchronous communication in between - Comfortable writing and designing for two distinct audiences, B2C (families) and B2B (school partners), with different tones and goals **PROJECT DETAILS** - Hours: ~15–20/week - Start date: June 15, 2026 - Engagement: Ongoing contract - Location: Remote **TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE...** - 3–5 examples of social media graphics you’ve designed (Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn) - 2–3 caption or social copy samples - A brief note on your experience with bilingual or Spanish-speaking audiences - Your hourly or monthly contract rate
