Part-Time Social Media Manager

About the Role: We're an early-stage startup looking for a driven, creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to grow our presence, build relationships with creators in our niche, and keep our content consistent and on-brand. Engagement is everything to us right now, so we need someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics who can plan content that converts, keep our community active, and help us grow. A big part of this role involves referencing a lot of brands (provided by us) for inspiration, content planning, and direction — so you'll need to study what works and translate it into a clear plan for us. This is a flexible, remote-friendly role. What You'll Do: Drive Engagement: Actively grow our audience and boost engagement — spark conversations, keep our community active, and find creative ways to keep people interested. Influencer Marketing: Reach out to and engage with creators in our niche, clearly communicate our goals and collaboration ideas, and log positive results and interactions. Plan Social Media Posts: Build out our content plan by researching and referencing other high-converting brands, then telling us exactly what to produce for upcoming posts (content is produced on our end — you guide the direction). Schedule & Publish Content: Schedule and post content across our platforms, making sure everything goes out on time and consistently. General Support: Handle day-to-day social media tasks like answering DMs and keeping things running smoothly.
