We Assist Co is looking for a capable Part-Time Sourcing Agent to support our procurement and supplier management projects. Key responsibilities: Market and supplier research Supplier database development Supplier capability assessment Request, collate and compare quotations Sourcing reports and recommendations Sample coordination and follow-up Supplier relationship management Requirements: Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese – written and spoken Experience in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing or supply chain Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Confident communicating and negotiating with Chinese suppliers Strong research and analytical skills Organised, detail-focused and able to work independently Good commercial judgement and follow-through This is an ongoing, flexible part-time role with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time.
