About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Systems Consultant to help us optimize our business operations through better systems, automation, and workflow design. Our primary platform is ClickUp, and we're looking for someone who can help us maximize its capabilities across project management, CRM, ticketing, SOPs, KPI tracking, and operational reporting. We're also looking for someone with experience in Hubstaff who can help us integrate it with ClickUp, improve time tracking, productivity reporting, and recommend best practices for managing a remote team. This is a consulting role where you'll work directly with leadership to evaluate our current processes, recommend improvements, implement solutions, and train our team on best practices. Key Responsibilities Configure project management, CRM, ticketing, and operational workflows. Build dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, templates, and automations. Review our current business processes and recommend improvements using ClickUp. Integrate ClickUp and Hubstaff to create a more seamless workflow for task management, time tracking, productivity reporting, and performance visibility. Recommend ways to maximize both platforms to improve efficiency, accountability, reporting, and team collaboration. Develop scalable systems, documentation, and best practices. Train managers and employees on effective system usage and adoption. Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve operational processes. What We're Looking For Proven experience implementing and optimizing ClickUp for businesses or remote teams. Strong understanding of ClickUp dashboards, automations, custom fields, forms, templates, and reporting. Experience designing operational systems, including project management, CRM, ticketing, and KPI tracking. Experience integrating ClickUp with Hubstaff or other business applications. Strong knowledge of Hubstaff features, including time tracking, workforce analytics, productivity reporting, and team management. Ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system integration. Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
