Conduct quick discussions to assess candidate interest and role fit. Follow up with candidates and key stakeholders to ensure timely communication. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Respond to client emails and recruitment-related queries promptly. Build and maintain relationships with professionals and prospective candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience before and during the interview process. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and coordination abilities. Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients professionally. Prior experience in recruitment, HR, customer engagement, or a similar role is preferred. Flexible part-time hours with remote working options.
