Part-Time TikTok & Creator Partnerships Manager — Bonduo About Bonduo Bonduo is a matchmaking app that's changing how people find real relationships. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok to own our presence on the platform and build out our creator affiliate program. The Role This is a part-time, remote position (15-20 hrs/week). You'll be responsible for two things: 1. TikTok Content Publishing & Growth — Post, schedule, and optimize our TikTok content. You'll manage our posting cadence, write captions, select sounds, and make sure every video is set up to perform. You're not just hitting "upload" — you're making strategic decisions about timing, hooks, trends, and formats. 2. Creator Outreach & Affiliate Onboarding — Identify and reach out to creators who are a fit for Bonduo. Pitch them on our affiliate program, handle onboarding, and maintain those relationships. You know how to slide into DMs professionally and get people excited about a partnership. You Must Have - Proven TikTok experience (show us accounts you've grown or campaigns you've run — we will check) - A sharp eye for what performs and why — hooks, pacing, trends, engagement patterns - Understanding of the TikTok algorithm and what actually drives views, not just theory - Experience doing creator/influencer outreach (not just "I'd love to learn") - Strong written communication — your DMs and emails need to convert - Self-motivated work style — you manage your own time and don't need to be told what to do next Nice to Have - Experience with affiliate program management - Background in dating, lifestyle, or app-related content - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.) This Is NOT For You If - You need step-by-step instructions for every task - Your TikTok knowledge is limited to your personal scroll time - You've never actually managed a brand account or done outreach Details - Part-time (15-20 hrs/week) - Remote - $5-8/hr USD To Apply Send us: 1.
