# Mature Beauty UGC Creator — Ages 45+ **Remote | Part-Time Monthly Retainer | $3,000/Month** KST Labs is looking for a confident, relatable woman aged **45 or older** to become a recurring UGC creator for our growing beauty and skincare brands. **Creators aged 50+ are strongly preferred.** Our primary customers are mature women, and we want our content to feature women who genuinely understand the skincare and beauty experiences that come with mature skin. This is not a one-time sponsored post or influencer campaign. We are looking for a dependable creator who can work with us every month, learn our products, become familiar with our customers, and help us build a consistent library of authentic short-form content. ## Monthly Content You will create approximately **40 usable video assets per month**, averaging around **10 assets per week**. These will not always be 40 completely separate advertisements. A typical month may include a combination of: * Short, scroll-stopping hooks * Core talking-head videos * Personal-story videos * Product demonstrations * Skincare application footage * Before-and-after style content * Testimonials and product reactions * Problem-and-solution videos * Close-up skin and texture footage * Supporting B-roll * Alternate openings for existing scripts Some assignments may be complete videos. Others may be short hooks, demonstrations, reactions, or supporting clips that our editing team can combine into finished advertisements. ## Example Weekly Content Mix A typical week may include: * 3 core talking-head videos * 3 alternate hooks * 2 product demonstrations * 2 supporting B-roll or reaction clips The exact mix may change based on current creative needs, but the expected volume will remain approximately 10 usable assets per week. ## What We Provide Our creative team will provide: * Scripts and creative briefs * Hook ideas * Product education * Messaging direction * Reference videos * Products shipped directly to you * Feedback and creative coaching You will not be responsible for developing our full advertising strategy. Professional modeling experience is not required. A large social media following is not required.
