Summary

We are a behavioral health marketing agency looking for a part-time international AI-native “vibe coder” / landing page designer / creative builder. We help clinics grow specialized treatment programs, including TMS, Spravato/esketamine, ketamine, psychiatry, and related mental health services. We are looking for someone who can take a real client brief and quickly turn it into a high-converting landing page plus supporting ad creative. This is not a traditional slow web design role. We are specifically looking for someone who is excellent at using AI-assisted tools, no-code tools, design tools, and/or front-end builders to move quickly. If you need several days to manually design a simple landing page from scratch, this probably is not the right fit. The right person should be able to take a client’s strategy, website, brand assets, messaging, provider information, clinic history, service details, and publicly available online materials, then create a landing page that feels specific, credible, polished, and conversion-focused. You should be able to think like a designer, marketer, and builder. What you may be given: * Existing clinic website * Brand assets, logo, colors, and messaging * Strategy notes for the campaign * Provider and clinic background * Patient audience and conversion goal * Competitor or local market context * Images from the clinic, providers, website, social media, or other public online sources * Notes about the offer, service line, and patient journey What we need you to create: * A CRO-focused landing page concept or build * Strong hero section * Patient-focused messaging * Trust-building sections * Provider and clinic credibility sections * Service explanation * Clear calls to action * Mobile-friendly layout * Clean, modern, emotionally compelling design * Static ad creative concepts for Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms * Short explanation of your design and messaging decisions We do not want generic template pages. We need someone who can look at a real clinic, understand what makes them credible, understand what a patient needs to believe before reaching out, and turn that into a page that helps convert paid traffic. Ideal skills: * AI-assisted landing page creation * AI website design/building * Prompt engineering * Landing page design * Web design * Conversion rate optimization * Graphic design * Social media ad design * Figma, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Elementor, HighLevel, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or similar tools * Copywriting or ability to improve marketing copy * Healthcare, wellness, mental health, med spa, dental, or local service marketing experience is a plus Important: speed matters. We are not expecting perfection in the first draft, but we need someone who can produce strong work quickly. A big part of this role is using AI and modern tools to create landing pages and creative assets much faster than a traditional design process. Paid trial: Shortlisted candidates will be hired for a small paid trial before ongoing work. The trial will be limited to 3–5 hours and will use a specific clinic brief.
