Title: Part-Time Dropshipping Virtual Assistant (Shopify + Meta Ads + Customer Service) Description: Hi, I'm looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time Virtual Assistant to help me run and manage my dropshipping store(s) on Shopify. I currently operate 1–2 stores and need someone who can keep up with the pace of e-commerce, take ownership of their tasks, and deliver quality work consistently. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. I'm not just looking for someone to do the bare minimum — I want someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about the work they put out. What you'll be doing: Store Setup & Management - Build out Shopify stores based on a pre-imported theme and step-by-step video guides I will provide — you just need to follow instructions carefully and execute well - Maintain and update the store as needed (product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.) Meta Ads Management - Set up and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns using ad creatives and copy that I provide - Monitor active ads and report performance back to me - Make basic adjustments as directed Customer Service - Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues in a professional and timely manner - Manage refunds, disputes, and follow-ups Communication - Stay in touch with me daily via WhatsApp - Provide updates on tasks, flag any issues, and respond promptly during agreed working hours Who I'm looking for: - Based in the Philippines, Indonesia, or India (preferred) - Some experience with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but if you're a beginner who is eager to learn and willing to put in the effort, I'm open to that too - Strong attention to detail — you will be following video guides so the ability to follow instructions precisely is a must - Reliable, self-motivated, and communicates clearly in English - Comfortable using WhatsApp as the main communication channel Job Details: - Part-time - Rate: $5 USD/hour - Long-term preferred How to apply: If this sounds like you and you're genuinely interested, send me a message on Upwork with a brief intro about yourself, your relevant experience, and why you'd be a good fit.
