Part-Time Virtual Assistant - Content & Systems (10hrs/wk, 2 months)

I'm a career coach/consultant and content creator looking for a detail-oriented VA to help manage content operations and build systems so I can focus on product development and client work. Priority tasks for this engagement: - Catalog my existing blog post library (dates, URLs, topics) — this is week 1 priority - Repurpose my weekly blog posts into LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, and newsletter drafts - Create graphics in Canva for social media and other marketing collateral - Set up an automated email workflow in MailerLite triggered by an inquiry form submission, as well for other processes - If time allows: identify related blog posts and add internal hyperlinks between them - If time allows: research blog platforms with better content tagging than my current setup You're a great fit if you: - Have experience with Canva, MailerLite (or similar), and social media scheduling tools - Can work independently with clear instructions and check in proactively - Communicate reliably in English - Can hit the ground running — this is a short engagement with real deliverables Details: - 10 hours/week, flexible schedule, including weekly meetings - 2-month commitment with strong potential to extend based on results Please include examples of social media content, email campaigns, or systems you've built in your application.
