Summary

I run two related businesses in Pensacola, FL. One is an established home inspection company (~500 inspections/year) and the other is a growing mold remediation & water-damage restoration company. I'm looking for a reliable, organized part-time VA to support both. ~10–20 hrs/week to start, with room to grow. You must be available during US Central Time business hours (8am–5pm CT). Depending on your time zone, this may mean evening/overnight work, so please confirm you're comfortable with that. What you'll do: Manage scheduling and calendars across both businesses Schedule jobs in our software (Spectora for inspections, XactRestore for restoration). I'll train you, and you'll help me get XactRestore fully set up Data entry, document organization, and general admin Answer some inbound client calls and handle follow-ups Keep me on track with reminders, deadline tracking, and following through so things don't slip You're a great fit if you: Have clear, professional spoken English and a quiet phone environment (you'll talk to US clients sometimes) Are genuinely reliable and proactive, following up without being chased Are comfortable learning new software and helping set up systems, not just following a script Bring structure to a fast-moving owner whose priorities shift Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish (helpful for coordinating with subcontractors and crews); experience with US service businesses, scheduling platforms, or the home services / construction / insurance restoration world; comfort with Google Workspace, CRMs, or phone systems. Compliance note: These two businesses are legally required to stay operationally separate on certain jobs. You'll be trained on the rules and must follow them carefully, so attention to detail is non-negotiable.
