Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Pipeline Coordinator

Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week Long-Term Opportunity Available for the Right Candidate About the Role I am the founder of a cybersecurity and compliance consulting firm and am seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to help organize and maintain my business development pipeline. This is NOT a sales role. I am not looking for a cold caller or high-pressure salesperson. Instead, I need someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing prospect information, follow-up activities, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking. Your primary responsibility will be helping ensure that potential clients are properly tracked and that no opportunities fall through the cracks. Responsibilities Prospect Research Research and identify qualified business prospects Gather company and decision-maker information Organize prospect data into a spreadsheet or CRM Information to Collect: Company Name Contact Name Title Email Address LinkedIn Profile Website Industry Pipeline Management Maintain and update prospect records including: New Lead Contacted Follow-Up Needed Interested Consultation Scheduled Proposal Sent Closed Won Closed Lost Calendly & Appointment Coordination Monitor consultation requests Confirm appointments Send reminders Track reschedules and cancellations Maintain appointment records Follow-Up Management Track follow-up dates Send approved follow-up messages Monitor responses Notify me when prospects require personal attention Ensure no prospect is forgotten LinkedIn Support Schedule approved LinkedIn content Monitor comments and messages Notify me of engagement opportunities Weekly Deliverables Each Friday, provide: Prospect Report 25 new qualified prospects added Pipeline Report Total active leads Leads requiring follow-up Interested prospects Scheduled consultations Appointment Report Appointments booked Reschedules Cancellations Follow-Up Report Follow-ups completed Responses received Opportunities requiring my attention Success Metrics First 30 Days 100 qualified prospects added to pipeline Accurate and organized lead tracking 100% follow-up management Calendly maintained and monitored Weekly reporting completed consistently Requirements Strong English communication skills Excellent organizational skills Experience using spreadsheets Experience with Calendly preferred Experience with CRM systems preferred Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience Virtual Assistant Lead Research CRM Management Appointment Coordination Business Development Support To Apply Please include: Your hourly rate Relevant experience Experience with Calendly or CRM systems Availability per week The word "Sentinel" in the first sentence of your proposal so I know you read the full posting This position may grow into a larger role as the business expands.
