Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator About Me I am a women's health coach and community builder focused on helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause. I run coaching programs, educational workshops, community events, and am preparing to launch a new business venture in the health and fitness space. I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help me stay organized, keep projects moving, and reduce administrative workload as my business grows. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. I value reliability, initiative, professionalism, and excellent communication. This role will start with approximately 3–5 hours per week and is expected to grow over time as responsibilities expand. Responsibilities: 1. Project & Task Management - Maintain project and event checklists - Track deadlines and follow-up items - Organize action items from meetings - Help ensure projects stay on schedule 2. Community & Event Support - Track workshop and event logistics - Maintain registration and attendee lists - Prepare reminder emails and communications - Help coordinate speakers and event details 3. Social Media & Content Support - Organize content assets - Assist with Instagram and Facebook post scheduling - Create simple graphics in Canva - Edit and assemble reels from provided video clips - Maintain a content calendar 4. Facebook Group Administration - Approve members - Monitor for spam - Schedule recurring engagement posts - Organize member questions and discussion topics 5.
