Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Sales & Operations Support Location: Remote (Australia preferred) Hours: Part-time (15–25 hours per week to start) Type: Contractor / Casual equivalent Company: Vale Studio About the Role We're looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to become a key support person across our sales process and day-to-day operations. This isn't a basic admin role. We need someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and confident working with systems, dashboards, and client communications. You'll play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline moving, ensuring operational tasks stay on track, and providing reporting that helps the business make better decisions. What You'll Be Doing - Sales Process Support - Manage and maintain our CRM and sales pipeline. - Follow up leads, proposals and client onboarding. - Coordinate meetings, calls and reminders. -Track sales activity and conversion metrics. - Ensure opportunities don't fall through the cracks. - Support the founder with sales administration. - Operations Support - Assist with weekly operational checklists. - Prepare reports from business dashboards. - Monitor key business metrics and provide summaries. - Help improve and maintain internal SOPs. - Coordinate internal tasks and project progress. - Assist with general operational improvements across the business. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has experience supporting a growing service-based business and can work with minimal supervision. Essential Skills - 3+ years in a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant or Sales Support role. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal English communication. - Experience using CRM systems. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and reporting tools. - Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines. - A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
