Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Marketing)

Location: Remote Hours: 1–2 hours per week (with potential for additional hours as the business grows) We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow the online presence of our boutique event venue and custom décor business. About Us We specialize in creating unforgettable celebrations through: - Event venue rentals - Eyecatching balloon installations - Personalized event décor - Custom backdrops and party styling Our goal is to increase visibility, generate inquiries, and book more events through consistent and engaging social media marketing. Responsibilities - Schedule and manage social media content using Later - Create engaging Instagram and Facebook posts, reels, and stories - Upload photos and videos provided by our team - Write captions that encourage engagement and bookings - Organize and maintain a content calendar - Recommend trending hashtags, audio, and content ideas - Assist with targeted social media campaigns to increase reach and bookings - Monitor comments and messages as needed - Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - Has experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts - Is familiar with Later (or similar scheduling platforms) - Has an eye for design and aesthetics - Can write engaging, professional captions - Understands social media trends and best practices - Is organized, dependable, and proactive - Can work independently with minimal supervision Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or basic photo/video editing is a plus.
