Part-Time Virtual Assistant & Voice Recording Assistant

**Virtual Assistant & Voice Content Creator (Remote, Part-Time)** We are a growing online English language education business looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our content production process. This role combines traditional VA tasks with voice recording and content creation support. The successful candidate will help produce educational content by creating video & audio recordings. The work is designed to be straight forward, efficient and repeatable. For example, you may record multiple pieces of content in a single session, helping us create educational materials quickly and consistently. ### Key Responsibilities * Record clear audio and occasional video content from provided scripts (without stammering or umms and ahhs too much) * Read educational model answers and example responses naturally * Follow simple content and recording guidelines * Organise and manage content files * Support content production workflows * Perform general virtual assistant tasks when required * Help maintain quality standards across content projects ### Ideal Experience We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including: * Voiceover work * Online teaching or tutoring * Customer service or customer support * Training delivery or coaching * Acting, theatre, or performance experience * Social media content creation * YouTube, TikTok, or online video production * Podcasting or audio recording * Administrative or virtual assistant roles ### Requirements * Good spoken English * Clear pronunciation and confident communication skills * Reliable internet connection * Ability to record audio in a reasonably quiet environment * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions consistently * Dependable and responsive communication ### Nice to Have * Experience using Canva, CapCut, Descript, Audacity, or similar tools * Experience creating content for social media or online education * Basic video editing skills * Experience working remotely with international teams ### Hours & Compensation This is a flexible remote role with part-time hours to start.
