Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Tattoo Shop

We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help support a tattoo shop that is primarily run by a solo artist, with occasional guest artists throughout the year. We need someone organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling client-facing communication. Tattoo industry experience is strongly preferred, but experience with similar appointment-based beauty or service businesses is also valuable. Main responsibilities: * Respond to Instagram DMs, texts, emails, and client inquiries * Help manage booking flow and client follow-up * Oversee Acuity scheduling and make sure confirmations, reminders, deposits, and waitlist flow are working correctly * Help keep inquiries organized so no leads fall through the cracks * Support scheduling and communication for occasional guest artists * Possibly answer phone calls or return missed calls during business hours * Help maintain a professional, warm, and efficient tone with clients What we’re looking for: * Fluent in English * Can work during US East Coast time zone hours * Excellent organization and follow-through * Comfortable with Instagram DM communication and client support * Experience with Acuity or similar booking platforms * Able to handle sensitive client communication professionally * Detail-oriented and proactive * Tattoo shop experience or similar appointment-based service business experience preferred
