Part-Time Workday HCM Reporting Consultant (Remote) About Us We are a U.S.-based Workday consulting firm specializing in healthcare, higher education, government, and commercial implementations. We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Reporting Consultant to support multiple client engagements on a flexible, long-term basis. This is an opportunity to become a trusted reporting expert supporting executive leadership, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent teams. Hours Remote 10–20 hours per week initially Flexible schedule Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred Responsibilities Design and build Workday HCM reports Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports Create Calculated Fields Build Dashboards and Discovery Boards Validate report security Optimize report performance Gather reporting requirements from clients Develop executive HR dashboards Troubleshoot existing reports Create report documentation Support testing and production deployments Required Experience Strong experience developing reports for: Core HCM Staffing Compensation Benefits Absence Recruiting Talent Learning (preferred) Payroll (preferred) Time Tracking (preferred) Technical Skills Experience with: Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports Discovery Boards Dashboards Calculated Fields Report Writer Report Security Workday Worksheets Business Objects Data Sources Preferred Healthcare, Higher Education, or Government implementation experience. Experience developing executive scorecards and KPI dashboards is highly desirable.
