Part-Time Yardi + AI Automation Specialist — Remote, Project-Based We're a US-based residential property management company looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy specialist to manage our Yardi data and help us build AI-powered automations using Claude. This is a hybrid role for someone who's equally comfortable keeping records clean and setting up smart workflows. What you'll do 1. Enter, update, and reconcile property, unit, lease, and tenant data in Yardi 2. Build and maintain Claude automations, skills, and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks 3. Set up recurring data audits to keep our records accurate 4. Help document processes so the workflows are reusable by the team What we're looking for 1. Hands-on Yardi experience (Buildium or similar property-management software a plus) 2. Experience building automations with Claude, or strong AI/automation skills and the ability to learn Claude quickly 3. Comfort connecting tools and designing simple, reliable workflows 4. Strong attention to detail and dependable, independent communication 5. Stable internet and overlap with US (Central Time) hours when needed Hours & pay 1. Part-time and flexible, structured per project / per task 2.
