Part-Time E-commerce Operations VA —EU Marketplaces

Looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle daily operations for an e-commerce business selling on Allegro (Poland) and Kaufland marketplaces. You'll be the day-to-day operations person. AI translation tools and detailed SOPs are provided, so language is not a barrier. Daily tasks: Order monitoring and processing Customer message responses (using provided AI prompts for translation) Return and refund handling per documented procedures Undelivered package follow-ups Platform compliance monitoring (Allegro ban risks, Kaufland flags) End-of-day summary report (5–10 lines) Required: 1+ year experience on marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, Allegro, AliExpress, or similar) Strong written English Available Monday–Friday during European business hours (some flexibility OK) Comfortable with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for translation and decision support Detail-oriented, follows SOPs precisely Escalates uncertain cases instead of guessing Not required: Polish or German language skills (handled through AI) Marketing or product work (operations focus only) Prior Allegro/Kaufland specific experience (transferable marketplace skills are fine) Setup provided: Documented SOP for every recurring task Configured Gemini project with customer service templates Platform access at operator level Initial 1–2 week paid training period Hours and pay: ~4 hours/day, Monday–Friday $4–5/hour to start, with raise after 30-day trial Long-term role for the right person To apply, please include: 2–3 lines about your e-commerce VA experience Which platforms you've worked on Your timezone and earliest start date Generic applications will be ignored.
