I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong sourcing/headhunting experience to support recruitment projects. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. The role: Sourcing niche, top-tier talent and compiling candidates in a structured, organized format. You’ll ideally have your own sourcing tools and a LinkedIn Recruiter account. The core task is sourcing and handing off qualified candidates for review no candidate outreach required. Please confirm in your application: Do you have a LinkedIn Recruiter subscription, or what sourcing tools do you currently use?
