Part-time Human Resources Specialist

**This is a Part time and OnCall Position only** Onboarding and Letting go of employees, including introducing company policies and culture, facilitating paperwork, and assisting with any initial questions or concerns. Managing offboarding procedures when employees transition out of the company. This includes conducting exit interviews, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and respectful departure process. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company policies to ensure compliance in all processes. Collaborating with management to address and resolve employee concerns and disputes, aiming to foster a positive working environment. Assisting in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
