Part-time Market Research / Lead Sourcing Analyst — tour-operator targeting

**Overview** Lithodomos (Ancient World) sells AR/VR heritage experiences to tour operators. We're systematically working through market segments (skip-the-line operators, day-trip companies, OTAs, audio-guide providers) to find the right targets. We need someone sharp at desk research and list-building to dissect these segments and hand us clean, qualified prospect lists — about 10–15 hours a week, ongoing. **What you'll do** - Dissect a vertical: map the operators in a segment/region and build structured target lists. - Qualify each against a clear filter — in particular, **does the operator already sell some kind of digital visitor product** (audio guide, app, AR/VR, self-guided tour)? That's our key signal. - Enrich records: find the decision-maker, contact details, site/volume cues, what digital product they currently run. - Deliver tidy, deduped lists into a sheet/CRM with a one-line rationale per lead. **You are** - A strong, resourceful desk researcher who can read a company's website and tell what they actually do. - Precise and structured — clean data, consistent fields, no guesswork passed off as fact. - Able to apply a qualification rule strictly and flag the genuinely ambiguous ones rather than forcing a call. **Nice to have:** experience with lead-gen/prospecting tools, travel/tourism market knowledge, comfort with simple scraping or AI research tools. **Hours & rate:** ~10–15 hrs/week, flexible, remote. $10–20/hr depending on experience.
