Part-time Office Admin — Window Company (Phone, Scheduling, QuickBooks)

I run a residential window company in the Toronto area and need a reliable part-time office admin, 3 hours a day, Monday–Friday (2–5 PM Eastern Time). What you'd do: - Answer and route inbound phone calls - Book and schedule appointments - Enter and send invoices in QuickBooks - Track jobs and tasks in Trello - Post to our social media accounts You're a fit if you: - Have a neutral, easy-to-understand accent and a quiet space for calls - Are organized and dependable, and can own a daily routine without being chased - Have experience with QuickBooks and general admin work Details: $24 CAD/hr, ~15 hrs/week, 2–5 PM ET daily. Two-week paid trial, then ongoing.
