We are seeking a talented, growth-minded Part-Time Short-Form Video Editor to help us repurpose long-form video content into highly engaging, revenue-generating social media assets.If you understand how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds, write compelling captions, and cleanly format content for multiple platforms, this role is for you.The Core Workflow:You will take 1 long-form video and systematically repurpose it into the following deliverables:Video Assets: 1x YouTube Short, 1x Instagram Reel, and 1x TikTok (optimized vertical video format).Static & Text Assets: 1x Pinterest Idea Pin, 1x Quote Graphic (for Instagram/LinkedIn), and 1x SEO-friendly Blog Post Draft.Copywriting & Ops: Optimized social media captions/hashtags and full upload scheduling support.Your Key Tasks (Level 1 - Best Start):Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikToks using simple cuts, dynamic framing, and visual hooks.Add clean, kinetic subtitles and onscreen captions.Resize horizontal footage into seamless vertical formats.Create high-click-through thumbnails for shorts.Write captions and handle the upload scheduling across platforms.Required Search Terms / Skills (What we look for):YouTube Shorts Editor / Reels EditorContent Repurposing SpecialistPodcast Clips EditingSocial Media Video Editing
