Part-time Singapore Accountant — Tech Consulting Group (QuickBooks, GST/CPF/CIT)

Part-time · 8–16 hrs/wk SGD 30–50/hr Singapore-based SCA required ABOUT THE COMPANY We are the Corporate Finance team of a multinational technology consultancy specialising in data, machine learning, and infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud. Headquartered in Central Europe, we operate across Hungary, Singapore, Germany, Indonesia, Luxembourg, and Qatar. Our Singapore presence consists of two GST-registered entities, and we are looking for a skilled part-time accountant to own their full accounting lifecycle. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Full-cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable (AP ~100/month, AR less then 10/month) Payroll processing for 2-5 employees Bank administration and weekly wire preparation (~5 wires/week) Monthly close and management reporting Tax submissions: GST, CPF, Corporate Income Tax (CIT) All statutory compliance requirements for two Singapore-resident GST entities Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Commitment 8–16 hrs/wk REQUIREMENTS Qualified chartered accountant — Singapore CA (SCA) certificate required Proven end-to-end accounting experience with SMBs in Singapore Solid knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF, and CIT regulations Fluent English (written and spoken) Comfortable working part-time and independently in a remote setup Professional references from at least two prior clients or employers (contact details required) NICE TO HAVE Prior experience with consulting firms, tech companies, or SaaS businesses Hands-on QuickBooks experience WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Your CV / résumé Copy of your SCA certificate Contact details for at least two professional references Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short video-conference call to discuss the role in detail.
