Job Opening: Part-time Social Media Operator (TikTok / YouTube) Sertiy Mortgage is a licensed mortgage brokerage firm based in Flushing, New York. We are currently seeking a Part-time Social Media Operator to join our team. Job Responsibilities & Requirements: 10-20 hours per week (fully remote) Proficient in content creation and operation on TikTok and YouTube Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to create practical, high-quality, engaging content about home buying, mortgage loans, and real estate investment Prior experience in real estate, finance, or social media content is a big plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + High commission on qualified inquiries and closed deals Monthly payment on time Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to convert to full-time position or long-term cooperation
