Part time Sr technical BA-Scrum Master

SR BUSINESS ANALYST - TECHNICAL SCRUM MASTER / Contract - Remote | 40 Hours per Month ----- ABOUT THE ROLE DawerOne is looking for an experienced Sr Business Analyst/ Scrum Master to own delivery on a live React Native mobile app project. iOS is live, Android just launched, web is on the roadmap. This is a fixed 40 hours per month engagement. Ongoing, not project based. ----- THE PROBLEM YOU ARE SOLVING The team is currently losing time to blockers that should not exist. No structured daily scrum. Backlog not groomed. Bugs not triaged. Engineers waiting hours or days for answers before they can move. You fix this. ----- RESPONSIBILITIES - Run the daily scrum - keep it tight, surface blockers immediately - Groom and prioritise the backlog - Triage incoming bugs and assign severity - Review sprint estimates for realism - Remove blockers the same day they appear - Coordinate QA - testing approach defined before stories are built - Sign off on release readiness - Deliver a weekly written status update - what shipped, what is next, what is at risk - Keep delivery documentation current ----- WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The team moves without friction. Stories are well defined before engineering starts. Releases ship with confidence. The founder is never pulled into delivery questions or unblocking work. ----- REQUIREMENTS - 6+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Delivery Lead - Technical enough to investigate and resolve low level blockers independently - for example, setting up a sandbox environment so QA can test without waiting on an engineer - Comfortable reviewing technical plans and asking the right questions, without needing to write code - Strong async communication - this is a remote first engagement - Experience running sprints for a small, lean team - not a large enterprise process NICE TO HAVE - Mobile app development experience - React Native, app release processes, mobile QA - Experience with Jira and Slack-based workflows - Background working with early stage startups ----- ENGAGEMENT DETAILS - Type: Contract, remote - Hours: 40 per month, fixed - Duration: Ongoing - Communication: Async first via Slack, daily check-ins - Reporting: Weekly written summary ----- TO APPLY Send a short note on your background, your experience running delivery for mobile or software teams, and your rate.
