Part time video editor

Hey! I'm a freelance marketing professional and content creator looking for a talented video editor to join my little team on a part-time, ongoing basis. I'm not just looking for someone to complete tasks — I'm looking for a creative partner I can grow with long-term. ABOUT THE WORK You'll be editing videos across a few different clients and projects: • Healthcare client — Organic social media content (educational, trust-building, community-focused) • Two bridal clients — Paid ad videos (polished, emotional, conversion-focused) • My personal brand — I'm also a content creator, so you'll edit my own social media videos too Content is primarily short-form for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR • Solid experience editing short-form social media content • Understanding of what makes paid ad videos convert (hooks, pacing, CTA) • Ability to match different tones — healthcare content feels different from bridal, which feels different from personal brand content • Organized, communicative, and reliable • Comfortable working asynchronously — I don't expect you to match my hours or be online when I am • Able to take direction well and also bring creative ideas to the table WHAT WORKING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE I want to be upfront: I genuinely care about the people I work with.
